Welcome to IncludeWork.com (“IncludeWork”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related tools or communication channels (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using IncludeWork.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
Use of Services and Eligibility
You may use IncludeWork only if you are at least 18 years old. You should also have legal authority to enter into any binding agreement. You must provide accurate personal or professional information during the onboarding process, in case of our staff hiring and contract process, or in case of a client company/brand.
You will use all of our services only for lawful business purposes, as our intent is solely to assist the business legally and ethically. Visiting our website and binding in a contract with us, you agree that you will not misuse the services and attempt unauthorised access. You will never engage in any activity that could harm, IncludeWork, both financially and reputationally.
You will avoid anything that discourages or decreases the morale of IncludeWork staff; however, you are free to highlight the genuine issues professionally. We will take care of each solid point and will resolve it as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

Scope of Services
IncludeWork provides administrative, operational, and digital support services. Our core services may include task execution and coordination with documentation, research, and data organisation. We also offer scheduling and communication support, content assistance, workflow and process support. Similarly, we assist the businesses with platform-based operational tasks and business support services. However, our exact scope depends on your selected plan or agreement.
IncludeWork does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. We also don’t assist with unethical, high-risk, or prohibited activities. All the services requiring specific licensed professionals and tasks that violate laws, platform rules, or third-party terms also do not come under our area of service. Please note that IncludeWork can update or modify the services at any time without prior notice.
Client Responsibilities
IncludeWork is not responsible for the delays caused by unclear instructions, missing information, or lack of access. To ensure smooth collaboration, you agree to provide us with clear instructions and all the necessary information and access. You are liable to maintain secure login credentials and share them on your own responsibility with anyone else.
As a client, you have to respond on time so that the process remains consistent and smooth, and you get the desired results within a certain time frame. You are responsible for making sure that all the information you have provided is fully accurate and compliant with the relevant laws. You will use the Services only for legitimate business purposes and treat IncludeWork staff and assistants respectfully.
Payments, Billing and Plans
Our fees are based on the agreement or plan you select at the signup stage. Everything is finalised during initial meetings before onboarding, and we understand your current operational workflow during the onboarding process. All the payments must be paid on time to maintain service continuity and keep the process smooth.
All the fees are non‑refundable unless explicitly stated in your plan. Please note that failed or late payments may result in terminated or temporarily paused services. IncludeWork may update prices at any time, but we will be responsible for informing you with prior notice. All the work we have already completed remains billable even if the service is cancelled. For refund-related issues, please go through our Refund Policy page before taking any action.
Confidentiality and Data Handling
We take confidentiality seriously. IncludeWork will protect your information using reasonable security measures. We will restrict your information access to only authorised personnel and tools. We never sell or disclose your data without your permission. We only share data when it is required by law, and we must get your approval first.
You are responsible for sharing only the necessary information. As a client, you are responsible for ensuring that the third‑party tools you request us to use are secure. You can further read our detailed data handling practices on our separate Privacy Policy page.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
Client Materials : All the files, content, and materials you provide will remain your own intellectual property. We will use it where required only legally and ethically. Everything will get your approval before it goes live.
Work Created for You : All the deliverables created by IncludeWork become your property once payment is complete. You will have the right to keep them, remove, modify or whatever you want. Our team will be responsible for not publishing or using this content anywhere else.
IncludeWork Materials : We retain ownership of our internal processes, templates, systems, training materials, and proprietary methods. We will share only what we feel is best for your business, and once it is used in your brand, it will become your property.
Limitations, Disclaimers and Third‑Party Tools
IncludeWork provides Services “as‑is” and does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue or performance results. We don’t claim accuracy of third-party data, platform uptime, or error-free operation. However, we will be liable for resolving any mistake or issue right on the spot or as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for errors in client-provided information and losses caused by client decisions. We will not be accountable for delays caused by external systems and issues arising from third-party platforms or integrations.
IncludeWork may use third-party tools at your request. You acknowledge that you are responsible for providing legitimate access. IncludeWork is not liable for issues caused by third‑party tools. Similarly, security or data breaches originating from third‑party platforms are outside our control.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access if you are overdue for payments or violate the terms. If you engage in harmful or abusive behaviour, misuse the Services, or request prohibited activities, it will also lead to your termination. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and access to services will be revoked. All completed work will be non-refundable. You may also terminate your service according to your plan’s cancellation terms.
Changes to Terms
Please note that IncludeWork may change the terms and conditions frequently. We are not responsible for informing you before updating. So, before taking any action, you will review the existing terms and conditions page to stay compliant. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the courts in that jurisdiction. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
