We provide professional, dedicated virtual assistant (VA) services worldwide to support tasks such as admin work, customer service, data entry, research, scheduling, and more. Each client is matched with a trained assistant tailored to their needs.
Do you offer a Pay-As-You-Go option?
Yes! Our Pay-As-You-Go plan allows clients to hire VAs at $7.00/hour without committing to a monthly plan. It’s ideal for short-term or project-based needs.
Is there a free trial available?
Absolutely. New clients receive a 5-hour free trial to experience our service before committing.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days of service, you’ll receive a full refund.
Can unused hours be rolled over to the next month?
Yes, unused hours roll over to the next month, up to the total hours in your current plan. For example, if you use only 15 hours on the Basic plan (20 hours/month), 5 hours will roll over to the next month.
What if I exceed my plan’s hours?
You can purchase overage hours at the same discounted rate of your plan. For instance, Basic plan clients pay $6.75 per extra hour.
Are there any long-term discounts or loyalty rewards?

Is there a contract or cancellation policy?
All our plans are contract-free. You can cancel or upgrade anytime.
