Job Context:

At Include work, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative and marketing teams. In this role, you will take ownership of designing compelling visual assets for both digital and print campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and engaging communication. You will work closely with marketing managers, developers, and foreign stakeholders to translate ideas into impactful designs. Beyond hands-on design work, you will contribute to creative direction, maintain design guidelines, and support the team with innovative visual concepts.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of industry experience in graphic design with demonstrable delivery of creative projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for digital and print design.
• Proven experience in designing marketing materials such as banners, posters, brochures, and social media assets.
• Solid practical knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to create and maintain brand guidelines and design systems.
• Experience in preparing print-ready files and collaborating with vendors for production.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools will be considered a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English to collaborate with foreign stakeholders and colleagues on a daily basis.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Self-managed, independent, initiative, and proactive.
• Open to learning new design tools and creative trends.
• Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum team is a plus.
• May need to travel to Europe.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
