Job Context:

At Include Work, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative and marketing teams. In this role, you will take ownership of designing compelling visual assets for both digital and print campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and engaging communication. You will work closely with marketing managers, developers, and foreign stakeholders to translate ideas into impactful designs. Beyond hands-on design work, you will contribute to creative direction, maintain design guidelines, and support the team with innovative visual concepts.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3+ years in graphic design with a demonstrable portfolio.
• Tools: Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Marketing Design: Proven experience in banners, posters, brochures, and social media assets.
• Design Principles: Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Brand Systems: Ability to create and maintain brand guidelines.
• Production: Experience in preparing print-ready files and collaborating with vendors.
• Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English for international collaboration.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Self-managed, independent, and proactive.
• Open to learning new design tools and creative trends.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
