Data Entry Specialist

Job Context:

At Include work, we are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to join our operations and support teams. In this role, you will take ownership of maintaining accurate digital records, updating databases, and ensuring data consistency across multiple platforms. You will work closely with administrative staff, project managers, and foreign stakeholders to process information efficiently and securely. Beyond routine data entry, you will contribute to improving workflows, assist in documentation, and support reporting tasks for internal and external teams.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of industry experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in managing spreadsheets, databases, and digital record systems.
  • Proven experience in maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
  • Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work with internal software systems and adapt quickly to new tools.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of database management and data validation techniques.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy with familiarity in keyboard shortcuts.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English to collaborate with foreign stakeholders and colleagues on a daily basis.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Self-managed, independent, initiative, and proactive.
  • Open to learning new technologies and administrative tools.
  • Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum team is a plus.
  • May need to travel to Europe.

Educational Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
