Job Context:

At Include Work, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in our database. You will work closely with our project managers and international stakeholders to ensure data integrity and timely delivery of tasks. If you have high typing speed, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy, we would love to have you on board.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• High typing speed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management software.
• Proven ability to identify and correct data errors and inconsistencies.
• Basic understanding of data research and web-based data collection tools.
• Good written and spoken English for communicating with international teams.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with focus.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Self-managed, independent and proactive.
• Open to learning new digital tools and data management systems.

Educational Requirements:

• H.S.C / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.
