1. Acceptance of Terms

By using IncludeWork services (includework.com), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

We provide virtual assistant (VA) services, including:
  • Administrative support (email management, scheduling).
  • Customer service (inbound/outbound calls, live chat).
  • Data entry, research, and other tasks as agreed. Detailed list: Services Page.

By using IncludeWork services (includework.com), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
  • Provide accurate, complete information for task execution.
  • Not submit requests involving illegal activities, harassment, or adult content.
  • Secure your account credentials (shared logins are at your risk).

4. Payments & Billing

4.1 Pricing & Plans
  • Fees are as per the selected Pricing Plan.
  • Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 7 days before the billing cycle.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
  • Stripe, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and other major providers.
  • All payments are processed securely; we do not store full card details.
4.3 Late Payments
  • Overdue invoices may incur a 5% late fee or service suspension.

5. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

  • Request a full refund within 14 days of payment if unsatisfied.
  • Refunds processed via original payment method (5–7 business days).

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of materials provided to us (e.g., logos, data).
  • Deliverables (e.g., reports, templates) are yours upon full payment.
  • We may showcase anonymized work in our portfolio unless you opt out.

7. Confidentiality

  • We sign NDAs upon request.
  • Client data is never shared with third parties (except payment processors).

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
  • No refunds for prepaid unused services unless covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee.

9. Limitation of Liability

IncludeWork is not liable for:
  • Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).
  • Third-party actions (e.g., payment processor errors).
  • Service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., outages).

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Negotiation: Email [info@includework.com] to resolve issues.
  • Mediation/Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration under the Bangladesh Arbitration Act 2001, conducted in Dhaka in the English language by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
